Important Show Message to all members - Feb 5
We are looking forward to having 50 strong
voices on stage for this year's show, making it the biggest in years. We have 82 paid members, but many haven't been around
lately. We would love to have you sing as part of the "nifty fifty". There's only one problem. If you're
going to sing on the show, you've got to attend practices to learn the songs.
By next week, Jim Elliott, our Show Chairman, will
have learning discs (developed by Jim Bishop) available for all the songs on this year's show (many are new songs, or songs
which haven't been in our repertoire for years). The disc will be part-specific.
Now all we need is you. If you feel that you can't
physically stand on the risers for a show, that's not a good excuse this year. We are going to have guys sitting on
the wings of the risers. We need your voice, not your dance steps.
So come on and join us at practice Tuesday
night at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 50 N. Prospect Street, our new beautiful practice hall.
